What is Reiki?
Reiki is a non-religious, hands-on energy healing technique used for stress reduction, minor pain relief, and relaxation. Reiki is loving & gentle and has amazing benefits! Reiki promotes deep healing on a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level. Receiving Reiki helps clear energetic blockages that tend to accumulate over time. Reiki aids the restoration of Mind, Body, Spirit balance.
How long do the effects of a Reiki session last?
It depends! In general, a session's benefits can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. If your goal is something specific (ex. minor injury ache, stress due to specific incident, etc) a more frequent session plan may be beneficial. In short, you can book a session as often as you feel the need.
What do I do after a session?
Reiki cleanses, repairs, and heals our energy. We want to encourage those “Feel Good Vibes”. Here are a few post session suggestions:

Drink lots of water. Help your body flush toxins. Think of Reiki as a duster going in and starting to lift and clear what has been accumulating for years
- Listen to your body!
- Avoid alcohol, for at least 24 hours post session. Alcohol is a low
vibrational substance. Alcohol consumption too soon after a Reiki session
can be counterproductive.

Who can do/receive Reiki?

Since Reiki is non-invasive, almost anyone is an ideal candidate. Reiki is completely safe for people of all ages (elderly and children), women who are breastfeeding/expecting, and even pets!
